All orders in INDIA come with free shipping.
To ensure that your item arrives on time, KALOPSIA PROCREATION utilises the best couriers in the industry. Your item description, price, and delivery time may all be seen on the Secure Checkout page. Sundays and national holidays are not included in our courier partner’s promised delivery time.
You will get tracking information through email once your product has delivered. You may also access tracking information from your account.
The package will be returned to the sender if no one is present to accept it.
The accuracy of our delivery techniques is only as good as the information we get. When submitting your order, please double-check all of your shipping and payment details.
It is your obligation to double-check that your address is correct. To guarantee appropriate and timely delivery of your purchase, please mention your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number.
All orders will be delivered to the address specified on the order confirmation page.

Returns and Refunds

We’re here to assist you if you need to return or exchange an item for any reason. We’ll look into the situation and assist you come up with the best solution, and you can return it within 10 days of receiving it. The following criteria apply.
Returns are not available on all items. Many goods are “Final Sale” to ensure fairness to our artisans and craftspeople, as well as to keep our pricing reasonable. Please make it a point to learn whether goods are returnable before making a purchase.

  1. Items that are returnable must be in their original packaging.
  2. Items must be free of apparent indications of usage when they are returned.
  3. If your stuff is damaged when it comes, please email us a photo of the damaged product along with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  4. You can cancel an order at any time before it is sent if you change your mind after placing it.
  5. Claims of ‘Buyer remorse’ (i.e., cases where the Buyer purchases things by mistake or chooses to change his or her mind about the product acquired by him or her) will not be entertained under this policy.

If KALOPSIA PROCREATION has reason to believe or knows that any of its Buyers is engaging in any activity that is intended to provide false, misleading, or non-genuine claims or information, KALOPSIA PROCREATION may, while reserving its rights, initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer, as well as suspend, block, restrict, or cancel such Buyer’s user id and/or disqualify that Buyer from receiving protection through this policy.
